Nominate a Top Workplace
The eighth annual Top Workplaces program launched this week, seeking nominations from companies and organizations across the Inland Empire.
Last year’s top honorees included school districts, healthcare groups, real estate companies and nonprofits, a water utility and a favorite comfort-food chain. All of them stressed one thing above all: their people.
The Inland News Group is looking for companies that brought their A-game to the table, remotely or in person.
Here’s how it works
Who’s eligible? Any organization with 35 or more employees (public, private, non-profit, government). Eligible employers must be based in Riverside and San Bernardino counties, as well as Los Angeles County’s eastern San Gabriel Valley/Pomona Valley, which includes the communities of La Verne, Claremont, San Dimas, Pomona and Diamond Bar.).
Who rises to honoree? Workplaces are evaluated by their employees using a short 24-question survey, and then successfully nominated companies are surveyed June through August.
Who does the survey? Energage, the research partner for the project, conducts Top Workplaces surveys for media in 58 markets and surveyed more than 2 million employees at more than 7,000 organizations in the last year.
Nomination deadline: July 16, 2021
Inland Empire special publication: January 2022
