After further delays due to the latest COVID-19 lockdown, luxury health and lifestyle club Next Gen Doncaster has opened.

Welcoming members from yesterday, the new facility, dedicated to holistic wellness, flexible fitness, rejuvenation and relaxation, Next Gen Health and Lifestyle Clubs’ newest members-only facility is the group’s first in Victoria.

Located on the edge of Mirvac’s Tullamore development at the former Eastern Golf Course, Next Gen Doncaster breathes new life into the heritage Tullamore homestead and will offer a premium level of service and luxury amenity not yet seen in Melbourne.

After successfully navigating lockdowns and COVID restrictions at their existing locations over the past year, Next Gen has specifically designed the new Doncaster facility to provide a safe experience from start to finish.

Brett Leahy, Managing Director at Next Gen Health and Lifestyle Clubs, explained “we are delighted to be introducing the Next Gen Club concept to Melbourne after searching for the ideal location for many years.

“Next Gen Doncaster will be a flagship club for us and will deliver the premium facilities and service we are renowned for. We’ve created the ultimate health and lifestyle club that has everything you love in one incredible resort-inspired location. I’m very excited to share it with the community and we look forward to welcoming everyone into our Next Gen Family.”

Set on over 11,000 metre², the club boasts the latest innovations in fitness, including dedicated functional training zones, cutting-edge Technogym equipment, Outrace high intensity training facilities and a full schedule of studio classes. Reformer Pilates, yoga, Les Mills speciality classes and a cinematic spin studio experience will make the class experience at Next Gen the best in Melbourne. The workout continues outside on four competition-grade tennis courts available for member booking¬¬s, professional tennis coaching, social and competition tennis.

Members can also enjoy extensive aquatic facilities, with indoor and seasonal outdoor heated pools offering lap swimming, aqua fitness classes and learn-to-swim programs. The ultimate relaxation experience is waiting in the Premium Spa, which features a sauna, steam room, vitality spa pool, an ice bath and a monsoon shower with an adjacent outdoor relaxation garden. Indoor and outdoor sun lounges and cabanas complete the experience.

Next Gen Doncaster also features a members’ lounge with a licensed bar, café and restaurant, and an extensive array of family-friendly facilities and programs, including a crèche and kid’s playrooms. The club’s premium services also include the Next Gen Life mobile app and the Next Gen Life magazine.

Offering Fitness and Premium membership packages, Next Gen today reveals details of the limited Tullamore Club membership tier. For those seeking the ultimate lifestyle experience, members will enjoy exclusive access to a private lounge on the upper floor of the lovingly restored heritage homestead, which opens onto a reinstated upper deck with city views.
